Melody Rhythms provides professionally curated instrumental music for commercial and private environments including hotels, residential communities, restaurants, lounges, wellness spaces, offices, and similar venues.
The music is licensed for ambient, in-space playback only.
If these Terms of Use are violated, Melody Rhythms reserves the right to revoke access to the music collections without refund.
LICENSE TO USE
When you purchase a Melody Rhythms collection, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the music in your designated space or property.
This license allows:
Background music playback within your physical location
Use across common areas, lobbies, corridors, lounges, and similar environments

This license does not grant ownership of the music.
All Melody Rhythms collections, audio files, artwork, and branding remain the intellectual property of Melody Rhythms or its licensors. Purchasing a collection grants usage rights, not ownership.

LICENSE CERTIFICATE
Upon purchase, clients receive a Melody Rhythms License Certificate confirming the authorized use of the licensed music collection within the approved commercial environment.
PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS
All musical works in the Melody Rhythms catalog are registered with performing rights organizations such as ASCAP.
Businesses that publicly perform music may be required to maintain appropriate public performance licenses with performing rights organizations such as ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the music
Upload the files to public platforms, streaming services, or marketplaces
Share the files with third parties
Use the music in advertisements, films, or broadcast without written permission
The music is licensed for ambient, in-space playback only.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

SERVICE AVAILABILITY
