Melody Rhythms™ provides professionally curated instrumental music collections for hotels, residential communities, lounges, wellness spaces, and other commercial environments. Our licensing model is designed to be simple, flexible, and aligned with hospitality operations.
Because all collections are delivered digitally and made immediately available upon purchase, they are considered licensed digital content rather than physical goods.
Evaluation Period for New Clients
We offer a 7-day evaluation window for new clients to ensure that the selected collection is a good fit for their space.
During this time, you may:
Review the music
Test compatibility with your environment
Confirm that the tone and pacing meet your needs
If you decide the collection is not suitable and the music has not been deployed publicly or operationally, you may request a full refund within this period.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Once a collection has been:
Played in a public or guest-facing environment
Used in a commercial or operational setting
Integrated into a property’s audio system
the license is considered active and non-refundable.
This aligns with standard practice for professional digital media and commercial music licensing.
Custom & Curated Collections
Collections created or customized specifically for a property, brand, or group of locations are non-refundable, as they are produced for exclusive operational use.
